Many people have a hard time creating their own workout plan. Others spend hours online and get confused with all the contradictory information about what they should do, how often, number of reps/sets/weight, etc. etc.

After receiving so much feedback from the SOA community expressing how much they like the workouts I have created, I thought,

“Why don’t I just workout WITH the community?”

This post is designed to get your feedback on if you have interest in a daily, extreme workout channel where I lead you through intense workouts.

Here’s the goal:

The channel and workouts would be designed to help get you in the best shape of your life. The workouts would be very intense and include body weight exercises, plyometric, Tabata training, HIIT, etc. You won’t need to leave your home but you’ll still be connected to others that are doing the same workouts you are doing.

I’ll be available to answer questions under each day’s workout.

Here’s the workout plan:

Monday: Upper body

Tuesday: Lower body

Wednesday: Abs (I’ll also include ab exercises into the other days too.)

Thursday: Upper body

Friday: Lower body

Sat/Sun: Rest days

***Also, it will be free to join.***

*The other important aspect is that we’ll be doing it together.*

To establish the community before we begin, I would like to see how many people are interested.  There is a sign up box below to show your interest.

About Todd Kuslikis

Todd Kuslikis is a trainer that lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan. There are many fitness sites online but many of them claim that the only way you can get bigger and stronger is through lifting weights. Todd whole-heartedly disagrees with this and believes that body weight exercises can be just as, if not, more effective than weights for building strength.

    Sounds awesome! Will I be able to jump in at any time? I’m still on a program but I would love to take some time to do this.

      For sure bro! It will be an ongoing thing so you can jump in at any time. Make sure to sign up. When I get enough interest I’ll put together the format and we’ll get started!

    Hi Todd, I’m interested in joining to your proposal but I have a question: Do I need a certain fitness level to do the workouts?

      Hi Daniel,

      Thanks for the comment. Nope. While I am leading the workouts I plan to help modify them for beginners and suggest advanced movements for the more extreme people.

Welcome! The purpose of A Shot of Adrenaline is twofold. The first is physical. I am extremely passionate about body weight exercises and helping others transform their bodies with body weight routines. Here at SOA, I write articles and publish videos with the goal of helping you do that.

The second purpose is to share my personal story. By the time I was 13 I had developed an insatiable desire to understand why we are here. After over a decade of spending endless hours in zen meditation and traversing the plains of Atheism, Buddhism, Baha'i, New Age and Shamanism, I was brought to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
