Do you like to workout in the comfort of your own home but are struggling to stay motivated?

The I.B.C. was created as a solution to the two biggest challenges for home fitness enthusiasts: motivation and accountability.
I (Todd Kuslikis) will be leading you through video workouts that are constantly changing. So often people get de-motivated because they either get bored with their current workout plan or they simply don’t know what to do.
I’ll be leading you so you never have to create another workout plan in your life.
The home “gym” has many advantages: convenience, privacy, no cost…
HOWEVER… when you workout in your own home, it does often get lonely.
The I.B.C. is a community of bodyweight exercise enthusiasts all doing the same plan reaching for similar goals (to get ripped bodies… aka “iron bodies” hence the name of the club).

I will be creating specific workout plans that the community (and I) will follow. Each day I’ll shoot the workout video. Then I’ll create a post and a link to the workout for that day. Since this is a “bodyweight exercise” channel that’s primarily what we’ll be using. However, occasionally I will throw in a few weights here and there to mix things up.
Nutrition is essential to getting ripped. Inside you’ll receive exclusive nutritional information to help transform your body, whether you are looking to pack on muscle or get lean and toned.
