Congratulations on making it to day 2 all you IBCer’s! I hope you are not too sore from yesterday.
Today’s workout will be focusing on the lower body. We will be doing 3 different exercises and cycling through them (like yesterday) until we reach 100 total reps. Once you reach 700 total, you’ll be done!
The workout takes about 38 minutes to complete and that includes warm-up and brief cool down.

Workout 1 & 2 complete. Complete with agony and sweat! Untill yesterday, I had never been forced to my knees, to do a push-up. I guess there is a first time for everything. Workout # 2 was equal in intensity with #1. I am chomping at he bit for the next ego leveling go-round. Good job Todd!
