The 3 Minute Ab Destroyer Workout

I’ll be resurrecting our Mad Monday series where I do a short, intense bodyweight workout every week.

The Exercises

The Ab Crunch

This ab exercise is a lot harder than you think. Start off in the normal plank position. Then begin crunching by curling your torso toward the floor. Really try to contract the abs as hard as you can.

 

 

Knee To Nose

The ab exercise is probably another one you have never heard before. You’ll start off in the normal push up position and then crunch your abs inward while simultaneously bringing one knee to your nose. After you complete one side you’ll do the same thing on the other side.

The Workout

Ab Crunch – 30 sec

Knee to Nose – 30 sec

Ab Crunch – 30 sec

Knee to Nose – 30 sec

Ab Crunch – 30 sec

Knee to Nose – 30 sec

Done!

There are no rests in this workout. That’s one of the reasons its so intense. Enjoy!
