Welcome to the first day! Below is an outline of what you’ll be doing. Remember to click the Facebook Like button after you complete today’s challenge.
Day 1 – 8 min
It’s warm up day! Intervals: 45 seconds exercise/15 seconds rest
Exercise 1: Slow Standard Pushups (5 Sec Up and Down)
-15 seconds rest-
Exercise 2: Low Plank Hold
-15 seconds rest-
Exercise 3: Stretch Push Ups
-15 seconds rest-
Exercise 4: Walking Push Ups
-15 seconds rest-
Exercise 5: Grand Canyon Push Ups (5 Sec Up and Down)
-15 seconds rest-
Exercise 6: Diamond Kiss Push Ups (5 Sec Up and Down)
-15 seconds rest-
Exercise 7: Barbwire Push Ups
-15 seconds rest-
Exercise 8: Fast Full Range Of Motion Push Ups (try to get as many as you can)
What is a Grand Canyon push-up?
Good workout. The stretch pushup and the barbwire pushups at the end were the tough ones for me. I’d never really done the stretch ones before, and even though I’d done the barbwire before having them at the end of the workout made them tough. I look forward to tomorrow.

Not bad other than the “Full Range Of Motion ” push ups that were in fact not full range of motion. A full range of motion would be.
Start with arms fully extended.
lower your body as a unit (back straight) until your chest just touches the floor.
Raise your body as a unit until your arms are fully extended.
Hi Terry, Yep you’re totally right. I just watched the video again and my form is pretty crappy. Definitely want to try your best to get the full range in. 🙂
