You know that I like to push the envelope with my workouts and today is no different. In fact it is one of the most challenging workouts yet. However, I will not be joining you today in the sweat and tears.

Today, I put her and you through the 7 Minute V Up Challenge.

You will be doing 4 different exercises: V Up, V Holds, V Flutters and Tuck Plank (Just made this one up. ;)).
You’ll do each exercise for 30 seconds and then move on to the next exercise. Once you finish all 4 exercises you’ll rest for 30 seconds.
There are 3 total sets to the workout.
