My goal is not only to teach you how to perform bodyweight exercises for strength gains and to lose body fat.
I also want you to have fun with this style of training! The exercises you’ll see here aren’t your typical run-of-the-mill bodyweight exercises. They are unique!

I have tried to get your body work book and dvd for free but everytime I try to get it , It says I have already subscribed I have never ever gotten it or been able to look at it .
