The 100 Rep Compass Bodyweight Workout

Welcome to Mad Monday!

Today’s workout is tough but fun.

You’re going to pretend there is a compass on the ground.

We’re going to be doing different variations of push-ups and lunges along the compass.

Total reps is 100.

Give it a shot! You’ll find it challenging and effective!

    Great video Todd.

    I’m amazed at how many variations there are to a simple exercise like a pushup (and any bodyweight exercise for that matter).

    Just takes some creativity.
