Complete 40 Minute Leg Workout Using Body Weight Exercises (Day 4 of Week 2 Of The 700 Workout Plan)

This is the last day of the 2nd week of the Iron Body 700 Workout Plan. I congratulate you for making it this far. It is NOT an easy plan and anyone that can make it this far is tough as nails.

The exercises that you will be doing today are:

Pistol Squats (on both legs)

Stationary Lunges (on both legs)

Bear Squats (I called them “Frog Squats” in the video but they are actually called Bear Squats)

Just like normal you will be doing 700 total reps and get a 1 min rest in between each set of 100.

What a Used Workout Sheet Should Look Like (This is mine after 2 weeks of the routine)

Using a workout sheet is critically important to achieving success in fitness. I hope you have downloaded the one for this plan. If you haven’t, click on day 1 and you’ll be able to find it. Below is an image of what mine looks like:

As you can tell, it’s got some pretty obvious wear & tear.

    yes it is very very good quality workout,but i am beginner i can not do 700.can i start with 150 for a period of time then increase to 300 then 400 and go on to 700
