Diverbombers, Chin Ups and Alternating Crunches… Oh my! (Day 3 of Week 3 of the 700 Iron Body Workout Plan)

So today we will be doing a really difficult exercise combination that will take a bit over an hour. Sometimes we have to push ourselves to see what we are made of.

We will be doing 3 exercises again…

1. DiverBombers or Barbwire Pushups – video
