Many people have a hard time creating their own workout plan. Others spend hours online and get confused with all the contradictory information about what they should do, how often, number of reps/sets/weight, etc. etc.
After receiving so much feedback from the SOA community expressing how much they like the workouts I have created, I thought,
“Why don’t I just workout WITH the community?”
This post is designed to get your feedback on if you have interest in a daily, extreme workout channel where I lead you through intense workouts.
Here’s the goal:
The channel and workouts would be designed to help get you in the best shape of your life. The workouts would be very intense and include body weight exercises, plyometric, Tabata training, HIIT, etc. You won’t need to leave your home but you’ll still be connected to others that are doing the same workouts you are doing.
I’ll be available to answer questions under each day’s workout.
Here’s the workout plan:
Monday: Upper body
Tuesday: Lower body
Wednesday: Abs (I’ll also include ab exercises into the other days too.)
Thursday: Upper body
Friday: Lower body
Sat/Sun: Rest days
***Also, it will be free to join.***
*The other important aspect is that we’ll be doing it together.*
