Kicking Donkey on Sun Exercise
Kicking Donkey on Sun Exercise is by far one of the most difficult exercises in existence. It places your body in a very abnormal position that incorporates your stabilizer muscles and at the same time positions your body in a way that requires a great amount of strength in order to maintain the pose.
How to do a Kicking Donkey:
Position your body in a standard push-up position with your feet on a stability ball. Raise your butt high up into the air while rolling the stability ball toward your upper body. Now while you’re butt is high up in the air lift one leg and press the bottom of your foot toward the ceiling. Lower it back to the stability ball and roll back to starting position. Repeat.
Muscle group worked:
I wish I could say that kicking donkey on sun exercise worked just one region of your body, but that would be a lie. This exercise is extreme and it strengthens the entire body completely.
Target Repetitions for Muscle Growth: 6-8
Target Repetitions for Muscle Tone/Endurance: 8-12
Why a Kicking Donkey works:
Kicking donkey on sun exercise works effectively again because of the fact that it incorporates stabilizer muscles and puts your body in a position where it requires great strength to maintain that position.
Tips: The biggest tip that I can give for this exercise is to maintain absolute focus while doing it. You could easily lose your balance and fall to the ground. But by maintaining focus it most likely will not happen as easily.
Important!: Breathe out slowly and breathe in slowly throughout this exercise.
