One Legged Burpee Fat Burner Workout

Hope you all had a fantastic Christmas!

We just got back from spending a weekend at the cottage with my wife’s extended family.

There was TONS of food.

I think the reason that New Years’ Resolutions are especially powerful is that it is just after a 1-2 week binge of eating things we wouldn’t normally eat… or at least not the portion that we would normally eat them.

Over the last 2 days, I went overboard. Not to the degree that I used to go overboard.

But still… I went overboard.

How do you get back on track after you fell off the bandwagon?

I use challenging workouts.

Today’s Mad Monday workout is one of the best Fat Burning workouts you’ll ever do.

It is less than 20 minutes but you’ll be panting like crazy.

You’ll be doing 5 sets of the following 3 exercises:

1. 10 Reps of Right Legged Burpees

2. 10 Reps of Left Legged Burpees

3. 10 Reps of Prison Squats

20 Second Rest

The workout will boost your metabolism.

    Hi Todd,

    Season’s greetings to you and your family. As we approach 2014 I hope that you will continue in your steadfast walk with the Lord, and that He will continue to take care of you and your family during the year and onward.

    This really is a challenging workout, I was breathing really hard from the beginning of the third set.
    Thanks for all the effort you have put into the material you so diligently provide us with on a regular basis, it means so much to me than you will ever know.
