We just got back from spending a weekend at the cottage with my wife’s extended family.
There was TONS of food.
I think the reason that New Years’ Resolutions are especially powerful is that it is just after a 1-2 week binge of eating things we wouldn’t normally eat… or at least not the portion that we would normally eat them.
Over the last 2 days, I went overboard. Not to the degree that I used to go overboard.
But still… I went overboard.
How do you get back on track after you fell off the bandwagon?
