What Does The Process Look Like?
After you pay through Paypal, we’ll be ready to begin!
I’ll need to get some information from you related to your goals and what you are trying to achieve. I’ll also ask information about your diet, lifestyle, etc. From there, we’ll find a plan that will lead you to your goal.
After you get started, I’ll be available via email to answer questions or make modifications to the plan, if needed. I’ll also keep tabs on you to make sure you are following through. Think of me as your angel on your shoulder… or devil… however you prefer. 😉
We’ll be walking hand-in-hand as you watch your body transform before your very eyes.

Todd has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. He has his certification in personal training, nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and medical manual therapy. He has his brown belt in Kenpo Karate and is also trained in Tai Chi Chuan, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Western Boxing, and Kick Boxing.
