Rolling Pushup is such a fun exercise because you are are incorporating more action into the normal pushup.

How to do a Rolling Pushup:

Get in a normal pushup position. Do a pushup all the way down and all the way back up then immediately fall to the ground and do a 360 degree roll. Push back up and do a normal pushup. Fall back down to the ground and do a 360 degree roll back to the starting direction and do a normal pushup. Keep going back and forth.

Muscle group worked:

Chest and general whole body

Target Repetitions for Muscle Growth:

6-8

Target Repetitions for Muscle Tone/Endurance:

8-12

Why a Rolling Pushup works:

The reason the Rolling Pushup works so well is because it is fun! You will not get board with this exercise. There is a cool exercise called log roll where you have two or more people rolling and doing pushups over each other. I’ll have to post that eventually.

Tips:

You can get dizzy with this exercise so be careful that you are not next to any sharp objects.

Important!:

Breath in and out slowly throughout this exercise.

“You will not get board with this exercise.” You mean bored (as in not fun) not board (as in surfboard)
