Is very similar to Inverted Pushup off the Moon but is not as difficult because it is static.
How to do a Stare At the Moon:
Place a medicine ball a few feet away from a wall. Place your hands on the medicine ball with your feet high up on the wall behind you. Hold this pose.

It works great because it incorporates your stabilizer muscles and puts a great amount of focus on your inner chest.
Maintain focus during this exercise. You will start to fall down eventually but the more intense your focus, the longer you can stay up.
