With summer here, what better way to get ready for the beach season than getting a set of well defined abs?
Bonus: you’ll be better protected against back pain with a strong core, AND you can save on the electric bill by unplugging that washer machine and just using the washer board you’ll be rocking.
Do each exercise for 30 secs then immediately move to the next exercise. Once you finish 1 round, rest for 15-30 seconds. Do 5 total rounds.
Instead of flutter kicks, do hanging leg raises.
Take some time to rest between sets, no longer than 30 seconds.
