Every Monday I post an intense and challenging bodyweight workout for either the legs, upper body, core or whole body.

The Triple 5 Bodyweight Leg Workout
In today’s workout I combined three exercises into a challenging workout routine for your legs. The exercises are jump squats, duck hops and plyo lunges.
You’ll do each exercise for 30 seconds then get 15 seconds rest. You’ll do 5 sets per exercise and then move on to the next one. Don’t worry I lead you through it.
We’ll be using an interval timer so get ready.
Its fierce and tough.
