Welcome to Mad Monday.
Today’s workout is in honor of Veteran’s day. So many great men and women have served this country of ours and this workout is a small tribute to them.
If you have served this country in the armed forces, thank you. If you are from another country you can do this workout in honor of those that serve in your own armed forces.
In celebration of this day we will be basing this workout of the number 11. We will be starting with 11 Spider Push Ups and then move on to 11 Burpees with Push Up. After you finish up the Burpees you’ll move right to 10 Spider Push Ups and then 10 Burpees. You’ll continue in this manner until you reach zero. Make sure that you rest as minimally as possible. If you have to modify the exercises that’s fine. For example. instead of Spider Push Ups you can do regular Push Ups or Push Ups on your knees. Instead of Burpees with a Push Up you can do regular Burpees. Always modify it for your fitness level.
