These 12 Super Seniors obliterate all beliefs that you can’t stay super fit at a super age.

It has always been inspiring to me to see elderly people that are in phenomenal shape. When I was going to school at Western Michigan University I would workout in the Recreation Center. In the morning there was an older gentleman that went through his workout routine. I especially noticed him however in the locker room when he took his shirt off. My eyes almost bugged out of my head. This dude was ripped. Not like a Arnold Body Building style but he was cut to the max. It would have made any guy in that gym jealous. He definitely left an impression on me. Even though I never talked to him he inspired me.

We can use people like that to inspire us to achieve what most think is impossible. The body doesn’t have to get decrepit and ugly as it ages. With dedication and focus you can have an incredible physique at any age. I thought it would be fun to create a collection of Super Seniors. This term is used to describe elderly people that are in incredible shape, doing workouts that most 20 year olds can’t do. Check out this list. And prepare to be amazed!
